- 2 apples- diced
- 1 stalk celery – finely chopped
- 1 can crushed pineapple-drain most of juice off
- ½ cup flaked coconut [1]
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup coconut cream concentrate [2]
- ½ cup walnut or pecan pieces
- 2 tablespoons honey [3] – optional
Fold all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve cold.
