- 1 large white potato [1], peeled and diced
- 1 large sweet potato [1], peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil [2]
- 1 teaspoon garlic [1], minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt [3]
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper [4]
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder [5]
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric [6]
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves [7] or cinnamon [8]
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard [9]
In a large skillet, sauté potatoes in oil. Sprinkle garlic and seasonings over potatoes and stir until combined. Sauté for about 15 minutes over low-medium heat or until potatoes are cooked through. The smaller the potato pieces, the faster the dish will cook.
