Get Your Greens Smoothie |

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 1 large handful whole spinach leaves
- 1 tablespon ground whole golden flax seed
- 1 scoop Mint Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens
- 1 scoop Chocolate Goat Milk Protein
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups raw milk
- 1 frozen banana, peeled & sliced into chunks
- 1 teapoon Virgin Coconut Oil, liquefied
Combine the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. It will be thick, frothy & delicious!
