  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla or plain protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • honey to taste
  • 1 pump vanilla syrup, optional

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and serve.

  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder or 4 cardamom pods cracked open, use seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons raw honey
  • 1 cup coconut milk*
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend everything together until smooth. Top with whipped cream, if desired (not pictured).

Preparation Time: 5 minutes + steeping time

  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut milk*
  • 1/2 stick cinnamon

Crack open the cardamom pods and remove the seeds. Discard the pods.

In a small saucepan combine all ingredients, including cardamom seeds, and bring to a boil then immediately remove from heat and allow to steep for 30 minutes.

Halfway fill serving glass with ice and then strain contents of saucepan through a mesh sieve into prepared glass cup.

Discard cinnamon stick and cardamom pods.

Add a fresh stick of cinnamon to glass and enjoy. Recipe can be multiplied to serve more than one.

Note: In cooler weather, after steeping time is complete, reheat the milk and then strain into a mug and enjoy warm!

Pina Colada for 2

  • 4 ounces Coco Lopez
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 3 ounces rum
  • 2 cups ice

Coco Lopez

First, make a simple syrup: Bring water and sugar to a boil in a medium sauce pan over medium to med-high heat. Stay with mixture and stir as it only takes about 3-5 minutes to become a simple syrup.

Add Coconut Cream Concentrate. Continue to stir, bring back to a slow boil and then reduce heat to low.

Cook for an additional 1-3 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat.

Add coconut oil. Stir until well incorporated. Allow to cool.

Store prepared Coco Lopez in a 1 pint mason jar.

Pina Colada

Blend all ingredients, except ice, together in blender until smooth.

Add ice and blend until desired consistency.

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-3 teaspoons raw honey

In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, turmeric, pepper, ginger and cinnamon until just boiling. Whisk ingredients until smooth. Stir in honey until dissolved. Pour into mug and enjoy.

  • 8-10 ounces water
  • 2 bags organic chai tea
  • 2 teaspoons grass-fed ghee or grass-fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey, optional

In a small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add in tea bags and let steep about 10 minutes (over low heat). Add in ghee or butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and raw honey.

Using an immersion blender, blend mixture for about a minute or until frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy.

Blend all ingredients in blender on high. Will have small “chunks” of coconut cream concentrate – to eliminate those and make it perfectly smooth, first heat the Coconut Cream Concentrate and then add it in its melted state to the smoothie, as it’s finishing blending.

Garnish with additional frozen raspberries.
