Spiced Coconut Mocha |

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder [1]
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon [2]
- dash of nutmeg [2]
- dash of cloves [2]
- 2 teaspoons coconut cream concentrate [3]
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar [4] or honey [5], to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract [6]
- 1/2 cup strong, freshly brewed hot coffee
- whipped cream (optional)
Combine cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut cream concentrate and milk in a small saucepan. Heat gently until hot. Add sweetener to taste and vanilla.
Pour coffee a serving mug and pour the milk over it. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle a little more cinnamon on to serve (if desired).
