  • 8 ounces coconut milk*
  • 1 teaspoon dried turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-3 teaspoons raw honey

Homemade Coconut Milk:

In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, turmeric, pepper, ginger and cinnamon until just boiling. Whisk ingredients until smooth. Stir in honey until dissolved. Pour into mug and enjoy.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

  • 8-10 ounces water
  • 2 bags organic chai tea
  • 2 teaspoons grass-fed ghee or grass-fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey, optional

In a small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add in tea bags and let steep about 10 minutes (over low heat). Add in ghee or butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and raw honey.

Using an immersion blender, blend mixture for about a minute or until frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy.

Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes

Smoothie:

  • 1/2 large organic beet, peeled
  • 4 cups organic fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup organic red cabbage
  • 2 organic apples, quartered
  • 8-9 large organic juicing carrots
  • 2 stalks organic celery
  • 2 tablespoons Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 pastured egg or 2 pastured egg yolks
  • 2 1/2 organic frozen bananas
  • 1/2 organic lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup organic frozen mango

Optional add in:

Using a high quality juicer, juice beet, pineapple, cabbage, apples, carrots, and celery. Should produce approximately 4 1/2 cups of juice. Pour juice into a large high-powered blender and add in remaining ingredients.

Blend on high until creamy and well combined.

Enjoy with a fresh lemon wedge.

  • 2 1/2 cups milk of choice*
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup sour cherries, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil, melted

Place all ingredients besides melted coconut oil in blender, blend on high until creamy. Add coconut oil, blend again. Serve.

Heat coconut oil and coconut cream concentrate in a small saucepan until warmed. Add all other ingredients to blender and blend on high. Add warm coconut oil/coconut cream concentrate to blender while continuing to blend, until smooth.

Fill a mug with hot water, add tea bag and steep for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together milk, vanilla, honey and cinnamon until smooth.

Fill a glass with ice and pour in the milk mixture then top with cooled tea. Stir, if desired.

Melt coconut oil, coconut cream concentrate, and honey in a small saucepan on low heat.

Place all other ingredients in blender and blend on high – drizzle coconut oil mixture into smoothie while still blending, until smooth.

Garnish with sliced kiwi and serve.
