  • 3 small frozen bananas
  • 1-2 medium strawberries plus one additional strawberry for decoration, optional
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk
  • 1 raw egg yoke
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Chop bananas and strawberries and put them in the blender. Pour the milk, and egg yoke in. Right before you start blending pour in the coconut oil. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with the extra strawberry if desired and enjoy!

Rich, creamy, delicious taste with no added sugar (the bananas and coconut give it a wonderful, delicate sweetness), packed with nourishing protein, good fats and nutrients for a quick breakfast or mid-afternoon snack, satisfying to your body and your senses. Or serve it to your guests, they’ll never guess how healthy it is! 😉

Blend all but the bananas until thoroughly mixed, add frozen bananas and blend until smooth. Serve immediately with an extra sprinkle of nutmeg on top. Enjoy! 🙂

Coconut Eggnog

Preparation Time: 10-15 Minutes

Gently heat coconut milk over low-medium heat. Stir in egg yolks. Continue to stir until the milk becomes thick. Add vanilla extract and maple syrup. Taste coconut eggnog and add more maple syrup if you desire.

Refrigerate for two hours before serving. Pour into individual cups and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Combine cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut cream concentrate and milk in a small saucepan. Heat gently until hot. Add sweetener to taste and vanilla.

Pour coffee a serving mug and pour the milk over it. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle a little more cinnamon on to serve (if desired).

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk*
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Combine pumpkin puree, banana, coconut milk, cinnamon, and honey in a blender. Blend on high until well mixed and smooth. While blender is running, slowly pour in coconut oil.

Pour in a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!

  • 1 cup whole raw milk or coconut milk*
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or coconut ice cream (optional)
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Place all ingredients except coconut oil into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour coconut oil into blender in a steady stream while blending.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!

Servings: 6 – 8 oz.
Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes

  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 2 medium apples (with skin) remove core
  • 1 pear (remove core)
  • 1 peach (remove pit)
  • 1 cup strawberries (remove stems)
  • 4 oz cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup raw milk
  • 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
  • 1 avocado (optional)

If you don’t like the taste of eating an avocado, try placing one in this mixture. You will not know it’s there.

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If smoothie is thick, add more milk until it’s the consistency you prefer. Place leftover smoothie in the refrigerator to enjoy later.
